Ball mill used for Chrome ore

Chrome ore are blasted and mined in chrome mine. Then it is transported to chrome ore beneficiation plant. In Albania, chrome ore processing often adopts three steps, crushing, grinding and flotation. Crushing often contains primary crushing and fine crushing. Primary crusher is by jaw crusher. After crushing, grinding process is by ball mill. Ball mill is widely used machine. According to different capacities, different models ball mill are used. Then chrome ore powder enters spiral classifier to separate some impurities. Through high-frequency screen and bucket, chrome ore enter flotation separator. After three times normal flotation, we can get chrome ore concentrate. Through dryer, final products come into being.

PEW Jaw Crusher Working Principle: Jaw stone crusher: Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate.
