Quartz Powder production line

Quartz grinding mill is the powder making machine used for quartz powder production line. It is used to grind quartz into powder in glass production line. There are several types of quartz grinding mills that can be used as quartz stone grinding machines.

Raw quartzite rock is mined from quarry deposits, and will be fed into primary quartz crusher like jaw crusher for crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed quartzite rock will be sent to secondary crushing (cone crusher, impact crusher) via conveyor belt. Then the quartz sand will be sieved by vibrating screen into different grades, the sand meet the demands will be transported to a stockpile, the larger ones will be transferred into VSI crusher(sand making machine) for further processing.

Quartz rates a 7 around the Mohs Scale of 10, having a diamond being 10. Being this tough, quartzite may also be used for paving, another high quality job which may be a concern for designers.



The quartz sand production line mainly consists of Vibrating feeder, Jaw crusher, Symons cone crusher, HPC series cone crusher, Caiman PCL impact crusher, vibrating screen ,belt conveyor and sand washing machine.  According to different requirements of different customers, various types of sand making and stone crushing equipment can be provided.


First, crush the Quartz stone with the Jaw crusher. Then send the coarse fodder by belt conveyor to the fine crusher for crushing. The crushed material will be divided into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The one qualified for the feed fraction of sand making machine can be sent to the machine and made into sand after being washed by the sand washer. The one unqualified will be sent back to fine crusher to further crush and then sent into the sand making machine.
