Grinding Plant

The purpose of theraymond mill is to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. Grinding Plant must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram, active carbon,carbon black,fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on(300 kinds of materials).

Raymond mill original parts mainly consist of grinding roller and grinding ring. Among them, the grinding roller and grinding ring mainly have two materials:
1. 65Mn: After grinding roller and grinding ring using this material, the durability is significantly improved. It has the features of high hardness, good wear resistance, magnetic. It mainly used in powder processing area that need to deironing. Through normalizing and tempering heat treatment, mechanical property greatly improved, making the product not only good wear resistance, but also greatly improve toughness.
2. Mn13G2: Compared with 65Mn, after using Mn13G, grinding roller and grinding ring have greatly improved in durability. Its cast adopts water annealing after casting. Then casts is of high tensile strength, toughness, ductility, and non-magnetic, and make grinding roller and grinding ring more durable. When suffering strong impact and pressure, its surface produces work hardening, and forms martensite, thus form high wear-resistant surface layer. Its inner keeps good toughness, even if worn seriously, can also bear larger impact.
